Tripmint provides AI-assisted travel planning suggestions, including destinations, activities, routes, accommodations, and visual map representations.
Tripmint is not a travel agency and does not provide professional travel advice.
Trip plans are generated using third-party artificial intelligence models selected by the user. Tripmint does not control, train, or guarantee the outputs produced by these models.
Use of integrated third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies, including Replit, Google Maps, Unsplash, Open-Meteo, OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek, and Mistral.
Users agree not to abuse or overload the service, attempt to scrape or reverse engineer the platform, use the service for unlawful purposes, or circumvent security controls.
All rights to the Tripmint platform remain with the operator. User feedback and suggestions may be used to improve the service without compensation or attribution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripmint shall not be liable for inaccurate or incomplete information, missed bookings or travel plans, errors caused by third-party services, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Access to the service may be suspended or terminated at any time for operational, security, or legal reasons.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies in Switzerland.
