  • Information may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete
  • Users must independently verify:
    • Transport and routing information
    • Accommodation availability
    • Weather conditions
    • Safety, visa, and health requirements

Tripmint is not a travel agency and does not provide professional travel advice.


4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Trip plans are generated using third-party artificial intelligence models selected by the user. Tripmint does not control, train, or guarantee the outputs produced by these models.


5. Third-Party Services

Use of integrated third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies, including but not limited to:

  • Vercel Terms of Service
  • Supabase Terms of Service
  • Google Maps Platform Terms
  • Unsplash License
  • Open-Meteo Terms
  • OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok), and Anthropic (Claude) terms

Tripmint is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.


6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Abuse or overload the service
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Circumvent security or access controls

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Tripmint platform remain with the operator. User feedback and suggestions may be used to improve the service without compensation or attribution.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripmint shall not be liable for:

  • Missed bookings, connections, or travel plans
  • Errors caused by third-party services
